Please help us achieve this atmosphere by silencing your cell phone when possible, and limiting your conversations using quiet voice levels, when needed. We also ask that children be supervised and be respectful to those around them receiving services.
Please note the following policies to enhance your experience:
APPOINTMENTS AND GROUP PARTIES
We ask that you schedule your appointments in advance as possible and if you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance, when possible. We allow a 10 minute window on your scheduled appointment before moving to the next client.
We welcome group parties! Group parties of 5 or more should book at least a week in advance. A deposit is required by an attendee at the time of booking which is nonrefundable for 'no shows-but is refundable with a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
We offer gift certificates for your friends or family members in any denomination with a one-year expiration from date of purchase. They are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another service, if desired. Please treat them as cash since we cannot be responsible for gift certificates that have been lost or stolen.
Fullset,fill in, liquid gel, dipping powder and gel manicure are guarantee for five days after your appointment excluded breakages. If, you notice light chips or lifting within the first 5 days. please give us a call or come in for complementary repair. All the repairs must be complete within 48 hours after contacting us. Repairs after 5 days will be Charged. All services are FINAL. there is no refund to all services that has been provided. We are not responsible for any breakages damaged,lifting. Nails. There will be a charged if you simply changed your mind because you don't like the color after service has been done. Regular polish are not guaranteed.
Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. Your safety and the safety of our other clients and our technicians are of our utmost concerns. We cannot provide service(s) to you without a physician's written consent for potential contagious conditions on your hands or feet. We also cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service.
We do our best to provide you with a wonderful experience. As stated above we will repair your nail if needed, pending manager approved.
We are not responsible your belongings, such as purse, jewelry, and other valuables. We are not responsible for lost stolen, misplaced items
